step 1.
draw simple flowers,and write your wish in the center of the flower.

step 2.
cut out the flower shape.

step 3.
fold the petals as shown above and below.

step 4.
put them the petals facing upwards, gently into a big bowl of water.

and watch them slowly opening up by themselves.and your wishes coming true.
